Premier Physicians provides an affordable cash-pay weight loss solution to patients. Your fees include the following services:

Initial Consultation

Our initial consultation is approximately an hour long and includes:

• Body Composition Weigh-In
• Electrocardiogram (EKG) to determine the suitability of medication use
• An extended visit with one of our board-certified Obesity Care Specialists

During the consultation, your provider will discuss your weight loss goals and work with you to create an individualized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs.

Follow-Up Visits

Consistency and accountability are at the core of the Premier Physicians program. As part of our medically supervised weight loss program, patients are required to follow up with us every two weeks to monitor progress.
At each follow-up visit, you’ll have one-on-one time with a provider to address any changes, questions, or concerns in a supportive and safe environment.

Medications

All Premier Physicians providers are licensed to prescribe medications in the state of Nevada. For your convenience:

• Most medications prescribed during your visit can be dispensed in-office by our professional staff.
• We collaborate with your insurance benefit plans to obtain necessary authorizations for written prescriptions through your preferred pharmacy.
