Premier Physicians has a clothing collection box in our waiting room for our patients to donate any unwanted clothing.  All the clothing is donated to SafeNest.  SafeNest is dedicated to creating social change and preventing domestic violence in Clark County. We are honored and pleased to be a contributing force in their mission.

GOALS Mentoring Program

Giving opportunity to Apply Learned Skills

High School Students are given the opportunity to learn medical skills and administrative skills while volunteering in a medical practice. They wear scrubs or a lab coat and can either shadow a mentor during patient contact hours or work along side staff. The volunteer students desire to gain important skills that not only enhance their experience in the office but that they will take with them in future endeavors as well. Each student is an important part of our team in the office and they volunteer for 4 hour increments per day, 8am – noon, or 1pm to 5 pm.  Volunteers learn how to treat patients and other team members with dignity and respect, and participate in team collaboration and projects. Our goal is for our student volunteers to learn to be self motivated and self directed team players, with a continued desire to learn by doing and strive for excellence in even the smallest tasks.
